Vdance may collect account details, billing and subscription information, support messages, usage metrics, and generated content or job metadata needed to operate the service.

Clerk handles authentication and account identity. Stripe and Autumn support billing and credits. Resend is used for transactional email delivery. Convex stores application data and job records.

We may retain prompts, job settings, generated outputs, status information, and related metadata for service delivery, debugging, abuse prevention, billing reconciliation, and product improvement.

You may be able to review, update, or delete certain account information through the product or by contacting the team. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal reasons.
